Today, I have had the time to reflect on the very busy last two weeks. Christmas and New Years are gone and we are looking forward to the end of winter (not soon enough). The calls that I have been receiving can be described as heart-breaking because some home owners wait until there is no time left to ask for help. Why do they wait? The first answer is pride because they feel they can do it on their own. Admirable, yes....but not wise. The second answer is fear.
