Yesterday, I spoke with a young lady who had been struggling with all of those with power (Mortgage Company, Modification Company, Community Assistance) but could not get the right answers to her questions.  Questions about deficiency judgements and tax liability.  Even when she did get through to someone who would talk to her, the answers were less than adequate.  The responses to her questions took days.  No one seemed to care.  No one had a sense of urgency.

 

We (and you) are neither hopeless nor helpless.  Those Realtors who have earned the CDPE Designation and have extended their learning curve by earning the NAR SFR Designation, can answer those questions in a timely fashion, treat you with dignity and show a way out of financial traps.
